On 12/14 one rain storm after the next came rolling tru the bay area. Accompanied by strong shifting winds and a healthy dose of turbulence.

However, after a successful search for decent weather, and a couple of flawless landings at KTCY, Mira Tipirneni decided that she could to without the extra weight of an instructor and flew her first solo, three flawless takeoffs and landings on rwy 12.

It was cold standing alone on the tarmac, and I was happy when Mira decided she had had enough and picked me up again to fly us home.
