
Membership offers student and experienced pilots more of what they are looking for in a flying club. As a member, you are a part owner of the aircraft and enjoy 24-hour access to all the planes. Near San Francisco and East Bay cities, KOAK is a convenient airport for your ground transportation and flying needs.
How do I join?
- Collect the following for your application package:
- Completed and signed Membership Application.
- Copy of your Driver Record obtained from the issuing agency (if licensed; the unofficial version is acceptable).
- Copy of both sides of your Pilot or Student Pilot Certificate (if held)
- Copy of your current Medical Certificate (if held).
- Copy of the logbook entry for your last Flight Review (not required for student pilots).
- Copy of two items from the List of Acceptable Documents (See the footnote on Page 1; the tables on Page 2 contain acceptable combinations).
- Notify the Membership Officer that you are ready to submit your application package, and they will provide you with a link to a secure upload location.
- After the Membership Officer has reviewed your application package, you will be invited to a meeting to discuss your and the club’s questions, objectives, and expectations, ensuring we are a good fit.

Where can I pay the fees?
- Fees are paid in Flight Circle with a credit card, an ACH debit, or a positive balance in your Flight Circle account.
- You must maintain a valid credit card in your Flight Circle account.
- You may choose either a credit card or ACH debit as your default payment method.
