NOAA Seabird Protection and VFR Chart Session Seminar (February 25, 2014)

Thanks to Mai Maheigan from the Seabird Protection Network, Gulf of the Farallones National Marine Sanctuary, an NOAA affiliate, for tonight’s seminar.
